About the Gold Services

Recommended every 12 – 18 months
(Again dependent on use). If you use your bike regularly, we’d recommend you take advantage of a full service about once per year. Our mechanics will dismantle your bike to its frame, removing parts, checking for wear or damage and replacing any parts that are failing. We then build your bike up to the manufacturer’s specifications, properly lubing and greasing where necessary and ensuring all fixings are tightened to correct torques. We then return your bike to you good as new.

Price: N$ 1150

Includes full Silver Service. Additionally includes;

Frame & Forks – We will inspect your frame and forks checking for alignment and damage. All your threads will be tapped out and checked. We will also face frame surfaces and disc mounts as necessary.
Wheels – Each of your hubs will be disassembled, cleaned and inspected for wear before we reassemble them using quality greases.
Headset – We also remove, clean and inspect your headset before refitting and checking for any play.
Bottom Bracket – Your bottom bracket is removed, cleaned, re-greased (as required), refitted & checked for any play

All Other Bicycle Components – All other components on your bike are also removed, checked for wear/damage, cleaned and re-lubricated as necessary.

*Excludes cost of any parts Prices applicable when booked with a Gold Service only. Cycldelic Bike Workshop will inform clients of any parts requirement before proceeding with work. We will call the contact number provided to discuss any additional costs. Where we have been unable to discuss potential costs with you we will, at our discretion, proceed with work to ensure the best repair possible

NOTE:

We will offer you our best advice on the wear of parts and if they should be replaced. For example, chains and cassettes wear out over time and where one is replaced the other often must follow. We will only recommend replacement parts
or specific additional services where we believe it is prudent to do so.
