About the Silver Services
Recommended every 6 months
(dependent on use) under this level of service you receive all the care and attention of our Bronze service but we’ll go that step further. We’ll remove all the major parts – chain, cassette, derailleurs etc clean/inspect and replace. We’ll clean your hubs and rims, true wheels and have your bike looking as good as new. As with our Bronze service we’ll advise you of anything that should be done over and above the Silver service level and likely costs.

As with our Bronze service we’ll advise you of anything that should be done over and above the Silver service level and likely costs.
Price: N$ 840
Includes full Bronze Service but in addition;
Frame & Forks – We will inspect the frame and forks for damage/alignment. We will clean your frame down and get it looking smart.
Wheels – Both hubs and rims are then checked for damage and wear. Wheel bearings are then checked for play and adjusted as necessary. Hubs, rims and tyres are then washed down in our bio washer. Wheels are then trued and spokes re-tensioned to specification
Tyres – Each tyre and sidewall are then checked for wear/damage/orientation and inflated to recommended pressure
Headset – The headset is checked for any play and adjusted as necessary
Bottom Bracket – We will check the bottom bracket for signs of wear and any play adjusted as necessary
Bolts – All your bolts/cones are checked as we progress through the service and tightened to correct torque specifications
Drive Train – We will remove your crankset, chain and cassette, thoroughly clean them in our bio washer, check for wear and re-lubricate them with appropriate high-grade oil
Gears – We will remove, thoroughly clean in our bio washer, refit, lube& adjust front and rear derailleurs to ensure correct operation. New cables and outers fitted as necessary.
Brakes – We will also check your brakes to ensure they are working correctly and adjust as necessary New cables and outers are fitted as necessary.
*Excludes: cost of parts, prices applicable when booked with Silver Service only. Cycledelic Bike Workshop will inform clients of parts requirements before proceeding with work. We will call the contact number provided to discuss any additional costs. Where we have been unable to discuss potential costs with you we will, at our discretion, proceed with work to ensure the best repair possible.
Please Note:
We will offer you our best advice on the wear of parts and if they should be replaced. For example, chains and cassettes wear out over time, and where one is replaced, the other must follow. We will only recommend replacement parts or specific additional services where we believe it is prudent.
